New Instagram account

I have recently opened a new Instagram account (link below)… 

I closed my old one in a strop 3 years ago after never quite forgiving the factchecker bots for censoring my honey & cinnamon cashew nut recipe… but I’m over it now & want to share what I’m up to.

I’ll be using this one to put out sound bath dates, info on my new sound sessions with tuning forks as they come available, recipes, natural health tips, what’s available in my shop, excerpts from my next book & whatever else happens.
