Magnesium sulphate; epsom salts are a traditional remedy used in the bath.
Great for achy muscles, for soothing children (or adults) before bed, & as it draws out toxins & acidity through the skin, it’s a useful method of detoxification.
You can use 1kg for a detox bath, or divide it between a few baths for a more gentle effect, or if using with children.
(Do not use of there is a risk of haemorrhaging, high blood pressure or during pregnancy or menstruation.)
