Organic medicinal mushroom milk blend – Chaga


The use of mushrooms as a medicine & general health tonic/ longevity tool, like most natural medicine is nothing new at all.
We’re just rediscovering it.

As someone who loves their food, I strongly believe that good nutrition should also taste incredible, so I created these gently spiced milk blends as a way to enjoy the many benefits of medicinal mushrooms.

A powerful antioxidant, chaga has long been used for immune system support, blood sugar balance & for its anti-inflammatory, anti-carcinogenic, anti-viral & anti-aging properties.

Suggested usage:
Stir a rounded teaspoon into a mug of milk (I recommend oat) poured into a pan, heat & add a sprinkle of salt & splash of maple syrup. Also delicious with a little molasses.

25-30 servings (40g)

Have up to 1-2 teaspoons a day.

Chaga powder, ginger powder, cardamom powder, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder.
