Organic medicinal mushroom milk blend – Lions Mane


The use of mushrooms as a medicine & general health tonic/ longevity tool, like most natural medicine is nothing new at all.
We’re just rediscovering it.

As someone who loves their food, I strongly believe that good nutrition should also taste incredible, so I created these gently spiced milk blends as a way to enjoy the many benefits of medicinal mushrooms.

Don’t be put off by this weird looking creature; lions mane is a favourite in today’s world as it has been found to be incredibly helpful for brain function & memory, stress reduction, nervous system support & digestive system support as well as an immune booster due to its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory & anti-bacterial properties.

Suggested usage:
Stir a rounded teaspoon into a mug of milk (I recommend oat) poured into a pan, heat & add a sprinkle of salt & splash of maple syrup. Also delicious with a little molasses.

25-30 servings (80g)

Have up to 2 teaspoons a day.

Lions mane powder, ginger powder, cardamom powder, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder.
