Organic superfood chocolate truffles 100g

After selling locally for years & after many requests, I’m finally making my Superfood Chocolate Truffles available for posting…

A lot of thought, geek-knowledge & love has gone into creating these truffles.
They’re organic, dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, sweetened with maple syrup & although I say it myself, absolutely melt in the mouth delicious!
(My chocolate bars won a Great Taste award in 2020 & I’ll be entering these truffles in the new year so hopefully they’ll do themselves proud too.)

They’re made with part cocoa powder & part cacao powder. The reasons for this are partly flavour (I find raw cacao on its own makes the truffles too bitter), & partly to reduce the phytic acid content (raw cacao powder, although amazingly nutritious in many ways is also incredibly high in this pesky mineral snatching anti-nutrient)…
I even go the extra mile by using a cacao powder which has been very gently roasted at a low temperature to reduce the phytic acid content whilst still retaining most of the goodness & flavour.
I then carefully balance the flavours with superfoods, & wrap them, making them a lovely Christmas present &/ or well-deserved random gift to self!

They’ll only be available for postage in cooler months as they can’t be trusted to travel in warm temperatures without melting.

(They last for at least 2-3 weeks in the fridge but can also be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.)
